Fairies & Gnomes Festival – Duty Roster
Fundraising | Community, Girl Guides, Gumnuts, Juniors, Longbeach District, Seniors, ServiceThe following are the duty times available for the Rotary Club of Mordialloc, Victorian Gnome and Fairy Festival Sunday 19th March 2017 at The George Woods Reserve, Governor Road, Mordialloc 10.00am till 4.00 pm.
If you wish to attend (full uniform is requested) & make sure you sign in/out on the event sheet. Please comment here for the allocated time available. It is requested that we have approximately 2-3 guides per session.
10 – 11 am – session time full
11 – 12 noon
12 – 1pm
1 – 2pm
2 – 3pm
3 – 4pm (we request a few people at 4pm to help pack everything up)

– Girl guides to be at hall at 6:15. Parents at hall at 6:40 for 6:45 start
– New guides making promise are to do their Hands Badge (check out badges section of website for criteria)
– All girl guides to be in full uniform

– Girl guides to be at hall at 7:15. Promise ceremony to be held at 7:45
– Any senior wishing to do their Hand Badge – please message me for the criteria (it’s slightly different to junior one)

Junior / Gumnuts – Parent Help Needed Tuesday Night
Gumnuts, Juniors, Parent HelpPancake (Shrove Tuesday) 28th February.
We need 4-5 parents on Tuesday night (already have 2 nominated).
We are cooking pancakes on electric frypans in patrols – adult supervision is needed at each cooking station please.
One patrol will be cooking gluten, dairy & fructose free pancakes for our kids who cannot eat the shaker pancake mixes.
