Ice bucket challenge

On the 26th of November senior guides will be participating in an Ice bucket challenge where their other patrol members get to tip ice and freezing cold water on them. I advise that you bring spare warm clothes and a towel to dry of. Please can every one brings a gold coin donation to this fun but extremely cold event to raise money for kids with cancer.

No guides Tuesday due to numerous extra girl guide commitments – you all have the night off!

Both Sam & myself have had numerous activities on every weekend last 3 months plus JOTA & JOTI on weekend – we need to our our feet up!

I’m so excited that the Jamboree of the Air and Internet is on TODAY – Can’t wait to see you all there.

We’ve got lots of communications, coding and craft activities to do as well as talking to Guides all over the country and the world on the radio and the internet.

Bickie is organising the Internet chats and Mr Blossom and his friends are bringing a giant antenna and all the radio equipment.

We now have over 60 girls attending each week. 

Juniors / Gumnuts: 6:00pm to 7:15pm 

Seniors & Pre-Rangers: 7:10pm to 8:30pm 

Rangers (13+): 6:30pm to 8pm
